Consultancy Firm Sought for New Generation Fishing Vessel Design

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Consultancy Firm for Designing New Generation Fishing Vessel Announcement Reference No: (IUL)30-TFSM/30/2025/247 Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: D176 - MV Procurement Ref: MV-MOFMRA-489407-CS-CQS-2 The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives (TransFORM) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Consulting Services.

The Consulting Services required is to hire a “Consultancy Firm for Designing New Generation Fishing Vessel”. The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources now invites eligible Firms to submit Expression of Interest. Interested Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

Required Documents Interested parties must submit the following mandatory documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications, experience, and responsiveness to this TOR: Letter of expression of interest Company Registration certificate Company profile Evidence of firm to meet the requirements stipulated in section 6 A detailed list of similar assignments conducted.

Reference letters / work completion letters as well as contracts successfully concluded as a firm A Firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification-Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
