The TOR is also available on the DGHS website (www.dghs.gov.bd). 16 Qualification and Experience : Junior IT Consultant : At least graduate degree from a reputed university in B.Sc.
in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or similar relevant academic discipline; M. Sc. in CSE/CE/IT or similar discipline will be preferable. Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
At least two (2) years of ICT experience specifically in development or design roles within recognized public or private sector organizations, NGOs, or international/development partners. Gender-Based Violence Consultant : At least Master’s degree from a reputed university in social science/ gender studies/ public health/ anthropology/ sociology or related field.
Minimum 8 (eight) years of direct experience working in the area of GBV. Experience in providing high-level strategic and practical advice and technical support to donors, multilateral and community organizations, and policymakers on what works to prevent violence.
17 Other details: Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) consisting of a CV (with employment history, duties, and responsibilities) and a brief cover letter explaining why they are well-suited for the assignment. EOIs will be evaluated based on the information in the detailed CV. Services are expected to begin on 1 January 2025.
The applicant will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulation Act 2006 (revised 2025) and the Public Procurement Rules-2025 and World Bank Procurement Regulation- September 2025. Applicants must submit both hard and soft copies of their Expression of Interest (EOI) by 15:00 hour on 26 November 2025.
