ILO Seeks External Collaborator for African Social Protection Training Customization

Reference: rfx_4524_ROAF Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Customise the existing course content to the African context, ensuring relevance to regional social protection systems and contextual realities.

- Prepare, print, and package all customised training materials—excluding the base documents—for use during the pilot and the training‑of‑trainers (ToT) session. - Facilitate the pilot and ToT sessions, including daily preparation of training rooms and ensuring that all required materials and resources are organised and available.

- Review and incorporate all post‑pilot feedback to refine, update, and finalise the course materials based on insights gathered during implementation. - Design, format, and package the final customised training materials, ensuring they are ready for dissemination and future use. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
