Consultants are advised to submit hard-copy EOI documents. For hard-copy submissions, one (1) original and five (5) copies shall be provided, accompanied by a USB drive containing a stamped PDF scanned copy of the original EOI and an editable WORD version (consistent with the scanned original). In the event of any discrepancy between the electronic and hard-copy versions, the hard copy shall prevail.
For submissions by e-mail, please send a stamped PDF scanned copy of the original EOI and an editable WORD version (consistent with the scanned original).
