Consultants are advised to submit hard-copy EOI documents. For hard-copy submissions, one (1) original and two (2) copies shall be provided, accompanied by a USB drive containing a stamped PDF scanned copy of the original EOI and an editable WORD version (consistent with the scanned original). In the event of any discrepancy between the electronic and hard-copy versions, the hard copy shall prevail.

Original provision in the Terms of Reference: (IV) Canine Vaccination and Evaluation of Vaccination Effectiveness (1) Vaccination Conduct two rounds of preventive vaccination for dogs (including domestic, free-roaming, and stray dogs) within the demonstration area to block the transmission of the rabies virus. The interval between the two vaccinations shall be at least 21 days.
(2) Evaluation of Vaccination Effectiveness Randomly select a certain number of vaccinated dogs, collect serum samples, and test antibody levels to evaluate the effectiveness of the vaccination.
