Dear Madam / Sir,
- The Republic of Croatia (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (hereinafter called “the Bank”) toward the cost of the Integrated Land Administration and Justice Services Project. The Borrower intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for providing consulting services of audit of the Integrated Land Administration and Justice Services Project, Proc. Ref.: ILAJS/E1.14/LCS/2025/029. The Project became effective on January 7, 2025 and its closing date is April 30, 2029.
- The Project Implementation Unit on behalf of the Clients, Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation and State Geodetic Administration, submits this request kindly asking you to provide information on the interest in providing the above consulting services and the availability of your audit firm for the stated assignment .
- The selection procedure will be conducted in accordance with “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), in accordance with selection method Least Cost Selection – LCS set out in “Procurement Regulations”.
- More details on the above stated consulting services can be found in Terms of Reference (TOR) that is attached to this letter.
- Please, provide the requested information until February 6, 2026 by 2pm.
