Scope overview

Lynelle-Maginley Liddie litigation concerning environmental conditions in DOC facilities, in 1982 the federal court created the Office of Compliance Consultants ( OCC ) to act as the Court s monitor. By order, in 2013, the Court approved OCC s use of Lawless & Mangione LLP for ventilation consulting services as needed to allow OCC to properly monitor compliance with the Court s orders on environmental conditions.
