Reference: LRPS 2026-9202688 OBJETIVO DE LA CONTRATACION Desarrollar y validar con el MSP un documento técnico (guía metodológica) que establezca una metodología de ciclos de mejora continua con énfasis en los servicios de primera infancia en el primer nivel de atención (paquete priorizado de servicios), así como desarrollar una capacitación territorial y una capacitación a nivel central, para garantizar su apropiación por los actores del MSP tanto a nivel central como territorial.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Elaborar un plan de trabajo, que comprenda cronograma, coordinación y metodología de validación. Diseñar y redactar el documento técnico-guía de ciclos de mejora continua con enfoque en primera infancia, incluyendo herramientas / plantillas operativas. Realizar la validación técnica con el MSP e incorporar observaciones en la versión final del documento.
Planificar y ejecutar una capacitación territorial y una a nivel central, dirigida a actores del MSP y a actores locales territoriales localizados en la provincia de Chimborazo para realizar la transferencia de la metodología.
