Provision of an Expert Witness Report for use by the Upper tribunal, liaising with the Claimant's Expert Witness and agreement of a Joint Statement. Review of Claimant's report and Exchange of Questions between Experts including provision of responses to their questions and if necessary the production of Supplementary report(s). Allow for attendance at the Hearing in March 2026, assumed to last 10 working days.
