Scope overview
Pour pallier aux besoins ponctuels des transports publics pendant les chantiers et les manifestation, les tpg appellent à la sous-traitance des lignes chantier et manifestation avec des véhicules de ligne thermiques et des véhicules électriques pour une durée courtes (par exemple une semaine à un mois). Cette sous-traitance est effectuée par les conducteurs des adjudicataires.
Cependant les tpg se réservent le droit de louer uniquement des véhicules sans conducteurs.
Le marché est divisé en 8 lots selon le type des véhicules (MINI, MIDI, AB, ABA) et la motorisation (thermique et électrique) comme suit: Lot 1 - Véhicule thermique – Minibus Lot 2 - Véhicule thermique – Minibus Lot 3 - Véhicule thermique – AB Lot 4 - Véhicule thermique – AB Lot 5 - Véhicule électrique – Minibus Lot 6 - Véhicule électrique – Midibus Lot 7 - Véhicule électrique – AB Lot 8 - Véhicule électrique - ABA Le marché est un marché multi-attributaires pour la période 2026 - 2031 : les tpg vont adjuger à un jusqu’au quatre adjudicataires au maximum par lot pour l’exécution de ce marché.
