Scope overview
L’objet du marché consiste en un contrat cadre, pour la Commune de Montreux, pour le service hivernal d’une durée initiale de 3 ans, reconductible tacitement d’année en année pour deux fois une année supplémentaire. L’éventuelle non-reconduction du contrat pour une 4e ou une 5e année devra être annoncée par écrit à l’autre partie, avec un préavis d’au minimum 3 mois.
Le soumissionnaire fournit une offre pour mettre à disposition le matériel (véhicule, lame à neige et saleuse) ainsi que le personnel. Il mettra à disposition 1 véhicule équipé par secteur et disposera de deux chauffeurs par véhicule et par secteur. Les plans des parcours à réaliser sont fournis dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
Le soumissionnaire doit impérativement soumettre une offre d’une validité de 6 mois à partir de la remise de l’offre.
