Scope overview
En vue de simplifier les démarches à accomplir pour les ménages en limitant le nombre d’interlocuteurs, le Fonds a entamé les démarches visant à développer une activité d’intermédiation en assurances relative aux produits suivants : - Assurance solde restant dû (crédit hypothécaire) - Assurance habitation (crédits hypothécaire et à la consommation, bail d’habitation, aide Bru-gal) - Assurance en responsabilité locative et contenu (bail d’habitation et, potentiellement, crédit à la consommation et aide Bru-gal).
Sous réserve de l’obtention de son agrément par la FSMA en tant qu’agent lié, le Fonds souhaite conclure un contrat avec une compagnie d’assurance lui permettant de jouer le rôle d’intermédiaire entre ses clients et la compagnie choisie dans le cadre de la présente procédure.
