A licitação será efetuada conforme os procedimentos de Solicitação de Cotações (SDC), com pagamentos por Preço Global, de acordo com o que determina o “Regulamento de Aquisições para os Mutuários de Operações de IPF” do Banco Mundial, novembro de 2020, e estarão abertas a todos os licitantes elegíveis, conforme definido no Regulamento de Aquisições.
