Scope overview
El objeto del contrato que nos ocupa es el siguiente: Mantener las instalaciones en perfecto estado de conservación y funcionamiento, cumpliendo todas las exigencias legales.
Asegurar la vida útil de las instalaciones y de los elementos constructivos que componen los centros, así como el aspecto adecuado de los mismos garantizando las condiciones de seguridad, salubridad, habitabilidad y ornato conforme a la normativa de aplicación. Reparación y sustitución de materiales, instalaciones y/o elementos o equipos completos.
Servicio de guardia para emergencias y reposición del funcionamiento de redes, instalaciones y graves desperfectos. Las instalaciones objeto del contrato son las indicadas en el Anexo I del PPT, reproducidas en el Anexo I de este pliego.
