A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo que se debe realizar: La consultoría tendrá como objetivo apoyar la actualización de los módulos y de la metodología del Programa de Formación en Normas Internacionales del Trabajo para Jueces Laborales, así como la organización de su implementación durante 2026.
El trabajo incluirá la conformación de grupos de jueces participantes, el desarrollo del módulo sobre obligaciones internacionales en materia laboral en el marco de los acuerdos comerciales y del Plan de Acción Laboral Canadá–Colombia, y la planificación, organización y ejecución de sesiones de formación dirigidas a jueces laborales en 2026, garantizando un proceso formativo coherente, participativo y de alta calidad.
