Scope overview
Covington County School District is seeking proposals through the FCC Cybersecurity Pilot Program to implement a SentinelOne Endpoint Detection and Response solution.
The project includes: Singularity Complete (Per Workstation), 800 licenses, 36 month term Singularity Complete Cloud Workload Security (Per Server), 20 licenses, 36 month term Singularity Platform, access for 1, 36 month term Premium Support, 1, 36 month term This solution must integrate with Active Directory and Azure AD, provide real time detection and remediation of threats, support rollback and automated response, and include centralized dashboard management with reporting and alerting capabilities.
Vendors must be an authorized SentinelOne partner and have prior experience deploying EDR solutions in K 12 environments. Proposals must clearly separate Pilot eligible and non eligible costs. All submissions must be received by September 13, 2025 either as sealed bids to 108 Main Street, Collins, MS 39428 or uploaded to the District Bid Server (credentials available upon request).
