LOT 1 : Démolitions, gros œuvre & stabilité ( dont toiture, menuiseries extérieures, fermetures de façade) parachèvements intérieurs (plafonnage, carrelage, peinture, menuiserie intérieure) et aménagement des abords .
Lot 2 : HVAC (chauffage , ventilation, sanitaire) et électricité. VISITE OBLIGATOIRE DU CHANTIER: Un rendez-vous est à fixer avec l'auteur de projet suivant les conditions suivantes: Contacter Mme Aurélie HENDSCHEL via l'adresse email: ah@ah-architecte.be ou 0499/142892 avant le 13/02/2026. Les visites se dérouleront sur rendez-vous durant la semaine du 09/02 au 13/02/2026 entre 8h30 et 15h30.
