Contractors should complete the attached Attachment 5-1 Manifest and submit it to Ms. Chong, Yura (yura.chong2.ln@army.mil) or Mr. Kim, Chongkuk (chongkuk.kim6.ln@army.mil) NLT 1200 hours, 5 February 2026.
