Scope overview
Het Klantcontact Centrum (KCC) van het CIBG wil het huidige Customer Service Platform (CSP) vervangen door een nieuwe, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte oplossing die ook casemanagement ondersteunt en werkt op basis van klantbeelden. Het huidige platform voldoet niet meer aan de eisen van de organisatie, zowel qua technologie als functionaliteit.
