Scope overview
Projekt monitoringu – zejm. výběr měřících / odběrných míst nelze v některých složkách pova-žovat za konečný. Stavba byla podrobena procesu EIA a v rámci tohoto procesu byla doporučena přímo konkrétní místa ke sledování. Toto se týká především oblasti hlukových měření a sledová-ní znečistění ovzduší. Výběr míst je také odvislý od požadavku orgánu státní správy, v jehož kompetenci se sledované okruhy nacházejí.
V neposlední řadě výběr míst může ovlivnit i souhlas majitele s přístupem na sledovaná místa. Zvolená místa se mohou měnit i mezi jednotlivými ob-dobími z důvodu odmítnutí vlastníků objektů, nebo např. že sledovaná vodoteč v době odběru bude vyschlá atd.
