Scope overview

Contract was procured as a direct award via Procurement for Housing Accommodation & Decant Managed Services Framework: Lot 1 - Lot 1 - Accommodation and Decant Managed Services (Notice with reference number 2023/S 000-012741). Contract value is estimated at £270,000 (£90,000 per annum) with no commitment to spend that amount.
