Scope overview
Contrat de délégation de service public portant sur l’exploitation du Casino de Biscarrosse, conformément à l’article L.1411-1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales et à l’arrêté du 14 mai 2007 modifié relatif à la règlementation des jeux dans les casinos.
Le périmètre de la concession est circonscrit aux trois secteurs d’activités définis à l’Article 1er de l’arrêté du 14 mai 2007 portant réglementation des jeux dans les casinos (jeux de hasard, animation et restauration).
Le bâtiment abritant l’activité de jeux peut être mis à disposition du futur exploitant dans les conditions prévues aux documents de la consultation sur la base d’un engagement de l’actuel propriétaire non lié à un exploitant de casino. L’utilisation du bâtiment actuel est une faculté, les opérateurs pourront proposer un autre bâtiment devant alors constituer un bien de retour.
