Scope overview
Im Zuge der geplanten Sanierung, s ollen die Fassaden der Gebäude 1 4 , 15 und 19 in ihrer bauzeitlichen Fassung ertüchtigt und wiederhergestellt werden. D ie Wiederherstellung des bauzeitlichen Erscheinungsbildes bezieht sich sowohl auf die Putzflächen an den Fassaden und den Fensterlaibungen, sowie auf die Konstruktionshölzer .
W eiterhin sollen Schäden beseitigt werden , welche die Langlebigkeit der Gebäude beeinträchtigen wird. ---------- An den Denkmalobjekten soll die Fachwerkkonstruktion erneuert werden.
Vorgesehen sind im Wesentlichen nachfolgende Arbeiten: - Gerüstarbeiten in Teilabschnitten 1.400,00m² - Putzabbruch in Fachwerkfeldern 20,00m² - Rückbau Mauerwerk in Fachwerkfeldern 4,00m³ - Austausch von Fachwerkkonstruktionsholz 55,00lfm - Erneuerung Dachrinnen, Fallrohre Verblechungen 165,00lfm - Malermäßige Beschichtung Holzkonstruktion 310,00lfm
