THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY BOOSTER AS PART OF THE BOOSTERTHON FUN RUN SHALL INCLUDE, SUPPLYING ALL PRIZES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, ORGANIZATION. FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS ARE BASED ON A PERCENTAGE SCALE OF FUNDS COLLECTED. MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CHARITY WILL RECEIVE IS 50% WITH MAXIMUM PROCEEDS RANGING FROM 65-85%. SEE EXHIBIT B IN THE CONTRACT FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
SEPARATE FROM FUNDRAISING COSTS, BOOSTER CHARGES A ONE TIME BASE COST FEE REFERENCED IN RECITAL 4 OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. THE PAID SOLICITOR'S COMPENSATION FOR THE CAMPAIGNS RESULTING IN GROSS RECEIPTS UP TO $43,000 AND $130,001 WILL VARY FROM 50% AND 35% BASED ON A SLIDING SCALE OF THE CONTRACT. BOOSTER EXPECTS TO RAISE A TOTAL OF $20,000 FOR THE TOTAL CAMPAIGN.
THE SCHOOL PROFIT RAISED FOR THIS AMOUNT IS ESTIMATED AT $10,000.
