The CS Project intends to deliver a deployable camp infrastructure and utilities systems to replace aging equipment, address existing capability deficiencies and to improve sustainment capabilities. To ensure the successful procurement of the above requirement, Canada seeks to engage industry through this RFI process. This is not a bid solicitation.
This RFI may not result in issuance of a solicitation and will not result in the award of any contract. As a result, interested suppliers of any goods or services described in this RFI should not reserve stock or facilities, nor allocate resources, as a result of any information contained in this RFI. Nor will this RFI result in the creation of any source list.
Therefore, whether or not any interested supplier responds to this RFI, this will not preclude that supplier from participating in any future procurement. Also, the procurement of any of the goods and services described in this RFI will not necessarily follow this RFI. This RFI is simply intended to solicit information and feedback from industry with respect to the matters described in this RFI.
---------------------------------------------------------------- To better understand the proposed systems and define the final requirements, the Camp Sustain Project Team requested costing and technical information specifically on the Power Generation & Distribution System (PG & D), as described in multiple RFI Amendments, #23 to #27. There were no responses received from Industry.
As a result, Canada intends to directly contact PG & D Suppliers that have expressed interest in Camp Sustain, via email, and solicit their feedback as outlined in RFI Amendment #26. Any Supplier interested in being contacted, please inform the Contracting Authority by sending an email to ian.arboleda@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.

Any Supplier interested in providing updated information or submitting a response to Amendment #12 are encouraged to submit to the Contracting Authority by sending an email to ian.arboleda@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca as soon as possible. ____________________________________________________________ Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
