MINISTRY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND TELECOMMUNICATION DIGITAL NATION PAKISTAN CORRIGENDUM NO. 02 (EXTENSION IN PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DATE) Purchaser: Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Project: Digital Economy Enhancement Project Contract Title: Design, Development, Implementation and Support of a National Unified Digital Government and Public Services Delivery Platform Bottom of Form Country: Pakistan Loan No.: 75140-PK RFP No.: PK-MOITT-530157-GO-RFP This is with reference to Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication subject advertisement (Specific Procurement Notice) published in various leading national daily newspapers dated February 11, 2026 (Reference PID No. 7836) and uploaded over Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (https://moitt.gov.pk/Tenders) and National Information Technology Board (https://nitb.gov.pk/tender.html) websites along with the corresponding Request for Proposals Document and subsequent Amendment No. 01 together with the corresponding Corrigendum. The proposal submission date is hereby (further) extended till April 13, 2026 (03:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time), hence para(s) no. 8 of the subject Specific Procurement Notice (as amended/ extended) shall be read as follows.
- Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 03:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) dated April 13, 2026 . Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked “ORIGINAL PROPOSAL”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on the same day i.e., April 13, 2026, immediately after the Proposal submission deadline. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in the safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals opening.
All other terms and conditions of the subject/ earlier published Specific Procurement Notice and corresponding Request for Proposals Document in conjunction with Amendment No. 01 (and corresponding Corrigendum) and Amendment No. 02 (as applicable) remain unchanged until and unless expressly modified so in writing.
