HESCO Seeks Bids for 132kV Transmission Line Reconductoring with HTLS Technology

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 “Procurement Regulations” and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU HESCO, Hyderabad at the address below during office hours i.e. 0900 Hours to 1600 Hours at “Bungalow No. A1, HESCO Power Wing Colony Hussainabad Hyderabad.” 5.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application on company’s letter head to the below address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000. The method of payment will be by cashier’s cheque / Bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU HESCO.

The documents may be collected in person or would be sent by courier services for an additional amount of Rs. 5000- for domestic delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of the documents. No bidding document will be issued on the opening date.
