Scope overview
Le présent marché a pour objectif de conclure un contrat de six ans avec deux réviseurs indépendants qui assureront en collège, en collaboration avec un représentant de la Cour des Comptes belge, le mandat de commissaire de la Loterie Nationale conformément à l’article 46 de ses statuts.
Pour une bonne et optimale exécution du marché, la nomination d’un collège de réviseurs d’entreprise signifie, en pratique, qu’une offre doit être soumise par une combinaison de deux réviseurs d'entreprise. Il est ainsi demandé de se grouper avec plusieurs opérateurs économiques pour proposer une offre conjointe (groupement d’opérateurs économiques).
Tous les partenaires auront une responsabilité conjointe et solidaire dans l’exécution du marché si celui-ci leur est attribué.
