Compensation assumptions: BOOSTER SHALL CONDUCT A BOOSTERTHON FUN RUN ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT. THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY BOOSTER AS PART OF THE BOOSTERTHON FUN RUN SHALL INCLUDE, SUPPLYING ALL PRIZES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, ORGANIZATION. FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS ARE BASED ON A PERCENTAGE SCALE OF FUNDS COLLECTED.
MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS THAT CHARITY WILL RECEIVE IS 65% WITHOUT INCLUDING THE COST OF EVENT FEE. SEE EXHIBIT B IN THE CONTRACT FOR FURTHER DETAILS. BOOSTER CHARGES A ONE TIME BASE COST EVENT FEE REFERENCED IN RECITAL 4 OF THE SERVICE CONTRACT. MAXIMUM PROCEEDS RANGING FROM 65-80% WITH A 20% FIXED SERVICE FEE AND A 15% PLATFORM FEE TO BE OPTIONALLY COVERED BY SPONSORS.
BOOSTER EXPECTS TO RAISE A TOTAL OF $56,925 FOR THE TOTAL CAMPAIGN. THE SCHOOL PROFIT RAISED FOR THIS AMOUNT IS ESTIMATED AT $32,001.
