b) Upgrades to existing wharf including pedestrian shelter and new lighting. 2 Separable Portion 2: Piling for Pontoon (SP2): a) Piling for the new floating pontoon. b) Relocation of Swing Mooring. 3 Separable Portion 3: Construction of Pontoon and Gangway (SP3): a) Addition of new floating pontoon including piling and gangway to existing wharf (design and build).
