Scope overview
SIVON wil drie (3) leveranciers contracteren om te voldoen aan de behoefte voor de levering, installatie en het onderhoud van digiborden inclusief de levering en installatie van benodigde randapparatuur en het uitvoeren van bijkomende dienstverlening van de leden van SIVON.
Een schoolbestuur dat lid is van SIVON voert een nadere offerteaanvraag (minicompetitie) uit door een schoolbestuur specifieke uitvraag uit te zetten onder de door SIVON gecontracteerde opdrachtnemers. Het is mogelijk voor zowel huidige als toekomstige leden van SIVON om op dergelijke wijze nadere offerteaanvragen uit te zetten binnen de Raamovereenkomst.
Op basis van een inventarisatie onder leden verwacht SIVON dat circa 40 schoolbesturen gezamenlijk circa 3000 digiborden zullen afnemen. De totale geraamde waarde van deze raamovereenkomst is €7.500.000,- (excl. btw).
