Scope overview
Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung im offenen Verfahren im vom Staatsvertrag erfassten Bereich sucht das Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit (AWA) des Volkswirtschaftsdepartements des Kantons St.Gallen (VD) das vorteilhafteste Angebot.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung eines digitalen Bewerbungstools, welches zentral durch das Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit (AWA) bereitgestellt und ausgewählten Kursanbietern zur Nutzung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das digitale Bewerbungstool dient der Unterstützung von Stellensuchenden bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bewerbungsunterlagen im Rahmen der durchgeführten Kurse.
Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Bereitstellung, den Betrieb sowie den Support eines digitalen Bewerbungstools als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) durch die Anbieterin über eine Vertragsdauer von drei Jahren. Die Auftraggeberin kann die Vertragslaufzeit zweimal verlängern, zuerst um 1 Jahr und anschliessend um 1 Jahr und 5 Monate (Option).
Gesucht wird eine marktgängige, etablierte Standardlösung, welche die beschriebenen Anforderungen erfüllt und mit Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten an die Bedürfnisse der Auftraggeberin angepasst werden kann. Die Lösung ist sowohl für Stellensuchende als auch für Kursanbieter ausgelegt und verfügt über einen rollenbasierten Zugriff. Die Lösung soll bis August 2026 produktiv eingeführt werden.
