El Departamento Civil de Esta Central Ciclo Combinado Huinalá Dará Aviso Via Telefonica O Correo Electronico Al Prestador de Servicios Cuando Se Encuentre Lleno el Contenedor Para Su Traslado Al Lugar de Disposicion Final, Reemplazandolo Inmediatamente Por Uno Vacio. El Prestador de Servicios Deberá Considerar Un Traslado Cada 25 Dias Aproximadamente.
El Costo delTraslado Debera Incluir la Renta Diaria, el Traslado, el Pago Por Derechos delConfinamiento Final y Las Maniobras Necesarias Para Su Traslado. El Prestador de Servicios Deberá Entregar En Los Dias Ultimos de Cada Mes, la Cantidad Total de Basura Generada En la Central.
El Prestador de Servicios Deberá Contar Con Los Permisos Correspondientes Al Manejo, Traslado y Confinamiento de la Basura Que Marca la Legislacion Para Su Regulacion.
