Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je pořízení a instalace automatického nízkotlakého teplovodního kotle o tepelném výkonu min. 2500 kW s příslušenstvím, který spaluje biomasu ve formě štěpky, lesní štěpky, hoblin, pilin, kůry apod., uvedení do zkušebního provozu, zaškolení obsluhy a součinnost při dopojení na ještě nerealizované stavby Akumulace a nastavení MaR. Detailní popis předmětu plnění je uveden v Příloze č.
1 ZD „P1_ZD_Návrh smlouvy“ a jejích přílohách (dále jen „Návrh smlouvy“). S ohledem na předmět veřejné zakázky a nutnost dodat předmět veřejné zakázky jako celek není umožněno dílčí plnění. Rozdělení veřejné zakázky na části (dílčí plnění) by nenaplňovalo principy 3E a neumožnilo účast širšího okruhu dodavatelů.
