Předmětem veřejné zakázky je: •dodání komplexního pokladního systému pro online i fyzický prodej vstupenek, zboží a doplňkových služeb, •dodání a pronájem HW komponent (např.
pokladní terminály s možností připojení a obsluhou klávesnice + myš, samoobslužné kiosky, tiskárny vstupenek, turnikety, zařízení pro kontrolu vstupu), •implementace a napojení systému na stávající ekonomický systém (Helios) v potřebném rozsahu a struktuře (v současné době používá zadavatel verzi Helios Nephrite), •přizpůsobení systému požadavkům památkové péče (vzhled kiosků apod.), •zajištění zákaznické podpory 7 dní v týdnu v čase od 08:00 do 20:00 (SEČ) •maintenance zahrnující klasické pravidelné updaty a servis systému, •možnost dalšího rozvoje (nové moduly, AI funkce, marketing, přehledy návštěvnosti apod.).
