Scope overview
- Pakiet 1 - Proteza resekcyjna biodro kolano 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz cenowy. 3. Wykonawca jest odpowiedzialny za jakość, zgodność z warunkami technicznymi i jakościowymi opisanymi dla przedmiotu zamówienia. 4. Zasady realizacji przedmiotowej dostawy. 5. Dostawa endoprotez będących przedmiotem zamówienia wiąże się z udostępnieniem Zamawiającemu instrumentarium, czyli zestawu narzędzi do ich zakładania. Instrumentarium zostanie przekazane Szpitalowi protokolarnie, ale przez cały okres użytkowania jest własnością Wykonawcy. Udostępnienie odpowiedniego instrumentarium wymaga również przeszkolenia pracowników Zamawiającego w zakresie stosowania przedmiotu zamówienia. 6. Udostępnienie instrumentarium odbywać się będzie wg zasad ustalonych w załączniku nr 1 do Projektu umowy stanowiącego załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 7. Zasady realizacji przedmiotowej dostawy określa „Projekt umowy” stanowiący załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
