Scope overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż energii elektrycznej do obiektów Łużyckiego Centrum Recyklingu Spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia oraz zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne.
Obowiązkiem wybranego Wykonawcy będzie reprezentowanie Zamawiającego oraz jego jednostki organizacyjnej przed właściwym Operatorem Systemu Dystrybucyjnego w sprawach związanych z zawarciem umowy dystrybucyjnej. Do wykonania ww. wymienionych czynności Wykonawca otrzyma stosowne pełnomocnictwo. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od dnia 01.02.2026 r. do dnia 31.01.2027 r.
