Etap 2 zamówienia (dot. serwisu) obejmuje: 4/ obsługę serwisową w okresie pogwarancyjnym oraz w okresie gwarancyjnym w zakresie wykraczającym poza zakres udzielonej przez Wykonawcy gwarancji jakości. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Część III SWZ. 3. Przedmiotowe zamówienie jest zamówieniem sektorowym w rozumieniu art. 7 pkt 35) ustawy Pzp.
