Scope overview
1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, wdrożenie, integracja oraz nadzór nad systemami informatycznymi wspierającymi procesy diagnostyczne, dokumentacyjne i kliniczne Zamawiającego, w rozbiciu na następujące części: Część I – Dostawa i wdrożenie systemu do automatycznej digitalizacji dokumentacji medycznej; 1.2.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla każdej z części zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, stanowiący jednocześnie formularz asortymentowo-cenowy.
Oferowane systemy, licencje i usługi muszą być zgodne z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności w zakresie: -ochrony danych osobowych, -prowadzenia, przetwarzania i archiwizacji dokumentacji medycznej, -interoperacyjności systemów teleinformatycznych w ochronie zdrowia, -wymagań określonych dla Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej oraz wymiany danych z systemami krajowymi, w tym P1 i CEZ.
Wszystkie rozwiązania muszą zapewniać pełną kompatybilność z posiadanymi przez Zamawiającego systemami informatycznymi, o ile opis przedmiotu zamówienia nie stanowi inaczej. 1.3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania w przypadku nieprzyznania środków publicznych, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia
