Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera – dla każdej z części zamówienia - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ- Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) wraz z załącznikami. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
