- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa soków i napojów. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w zakresie minimalnych wymagań jakościowych stanowi: załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Integralną część opisu przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią również projektowane postanowienia umowy (załącznik nr 4 do SWZ).8. Zgodnie z art. 441 ustawy Pzp 5. Zamawiający przewiduje a Wykonawca wyraża zgodę na prawo opcji. Prawem opcji objęte jest świadczenie dostaw wyszczególnione w tabeli załącznika nr 1A do SWZ (Formularz Kalkulacji ceny ofertowej). 6.
