State of Delaware Technology Services Bid Submission Requirements

Proposals must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on March 16, 2026. - Refer to the attached specification/RFP documents for clarification of services requested. - You must sign and date the specification document and return with your bid to indicate that you have read and will comply with the requirements set forth therein.

Failure to return a signed specification document will result in your bid being deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. - All proposals must be submitted in the requested format to bids@erateconsulting.com and must include the Applicant name and Form 470# in the subject line. Adherence to this requirement is your responsibility and cannot be imputed to the Applicant.

If you submit any additional bid documents where the proposed costs are inconsistent with the costs specifically proposed in Attachment B, then the cost specified in Attachment B will govern the Applicant's competitive bidding evaluation. For any Attachments insert your Name in column B1 and your SPIN in column C1. For "Facilities Owned/Leased", please indicate whether you are the owner of the transport.
