Scope overview
LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York (CUNY) seeks a qualified contractor to provide asbestos abatement and duct removal services at the College s Shenker Hall, M-Building Lobby, 31-10 Thomson Avenue. Long Island City, NY 11101.
The contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor and equipment to provide asbestos abatement and duct removal services as set forth in greater detail outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Friday, December 12, 2025 at 2 PM. You must respond that you will be attending the site visit, no later than Thursday, December 13, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.
