Scope overview
Durchführung von EDV-Schulungen für den Frankfurter Ausbildungsring (FAR) Auf der Grundlage der Ausbildungsordnung für Kaufleute für Büromanagement erfolgt der 1. Teil der Abschlussprüfung "Informationstechnisches Büromanagement" am Ende des 2. Ausbildungsjahres. Die Prüfungsaufgaben kaufmännischen Inhalts sind mit Word und Excel zu lösen.
In den EDV Schulungen sollen die Anwendungen, Befehle und Funktionen für diesen Prüfungsbereich vermittelt werden. Die Schulungen werden in Präsenz durchgeführt, außer wenn ein Präsenzunterricht aus Sicht der Bedarfsträgerin nicht möglich ist, z. B. aufgrund des Coronavirus-Geschehens.
Derzeit sind folgende Schulungen geplant: Zweites Halbjahr 2026: Basisschulung 7 Schulungstage Aufbauschulung 4 Schulungstage 2027: Prüfungsvorbereitung 5 Schulungstage Basisschulung 7 Schulungstage Aufbauschulung 4 Schulungstage 2028: Prüfungsvorbereitung 5 Schulungstage Basisschulung 7 Schulungstage Aufbauschulung 4 Schulungstage 2029 Prüfungsvorbereitung 5 Schulungstage Basisschulung 7 Schulungstage Aufbauschulung 4 Schulungstage Erstes Halbjahr 2030: Prüfungsvorbereitung 5 Schulungstage
