Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на изпълнители за изготвяне на оценка на съответствието на инвестиционни проекти и упражняване на строителен надзор с инвеститорски функции, съгласно чл. 166 - 168 от ЗУТ по проекти на Община Димитровград, разделени на шест обособени позиции , както следва: Обособена позиция №1 „Многофамилна жилищна сграда в гр. Димитровград бул. "Стефан Стамболов", бл.
№4”, с Разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) – 8854,88 m2 и включва: - Изготвяне на Комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствие на инвестиционния проект във фаза Технически проект, включващ оценка на съответствие по чл. 169, ал. 1, т. 6 и оценка за съответствието на част „Конструктивна“ (когато е приложимо). - Упражняване на строителен надзор съгласно чл. 168 от ЗУТ.
Изготвяне на технически паспорт на обекта, съгласно чл.176 б от ЗУТ в обхвата, посочен в Наредба №5/2006 г. Изготвяне на Окончателен доклад, съгласно чл. 168, ал. 6 от ЗУТ.
