Internet Service Procurement for Educational Campus Connectivity

This service request is for month-to-month service or multi-year contract for internet services EAST COAST MIGRANT HEAD START PROJECT, Tahlequah Campus, Entity Number: REQUESTED, 416 W. Morgan St., Tahlequah, OK 74464 as follows: Internet Access and Services, Cable, DSL, or Lit Fiber Service, not less than 500 Mbps Down / 50 Mbps Up with static IP, if/where available (capacity dependent on comparable costs/benefit).

We will also consider bids for Fiber or Non-Fiber at other speeds if available, economically feasible and the technology meets our present and immediate future needs. Pricing should include costs with and without a managed router. Distinctly include in your proposal your SPIN number, construction or installation costs, the type of connection (Fiber, Copper, DSL, etc.), monthly recurring and non-recurring costs.

We also seek bids that include managed Routers: Provision, configuration, and maintenance; managed broadband services: reliable high-speed internet with technical support, Service Updates: Regular updates and upgrades for optimal performance and security, Submit proposals with service details, pricing, estimated taxes, and support plans.
