Scope overview
Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt am 01.03.2026 und endet am 28.02.2028 (Grundlaufzeit).
Der AN räumt dem AG das Recht ein, die Rahmenvereinbarung, um bis zu insgesamt 4 Jahre zu verlängern, wobei die Verlängerungen wie folgt erfolgen können: Verlängerungsoption 1 um 2 Vertragsjahre: 01.03.2028 – 28.02.2030 Letztmöglicher Zeitpunkt zur Ausübung der Vertragsverlängerung/Optionsziehung ist 3 Monate vor Ablauf der feste Vertragslaufzeit (Grundlaufzeit).
Im Falle der Vertragsverlängerung/Optionsziehung gelten die vorliegenden Vertragsbedingungen. Eine Verpflichtung des AG zu einer Vertragsverlängerung/Optionsziehung besteht jedoch nicht.
