Einführung einer Cash Management Software (inkl. Softwareüberlassung, Implementierung und Softwarepflege) Umsetzungszeitraum ca.
07/2026 - 06/2027 Derzeit erfolgt die Abbildung der verschiedenen Teilbereiche des Cash-Managements (Liquiditätsvorschau, Tagesfinanzstatus der Banken, Cashflow-Prognosen, -Planung und der Darstellung sowie der Darlehensverwaltung) an den verschiedensten Stellen im ERP-System, Excel, Bankenprogramm etc.
Eine einheitliche und strukturierte Erfassung der Daten sowie ein zentraler Zugriff auf diese Daten und das Reporting der Cash- und Finanzierungssituation ist aktuell sehr aufwendig und nicht zeitgerecht darstellbar.
Daher soll zukünftig die Verwaltung aller notwendigen Daten für das Cash-Management in einem Programm zusammengeführt werden und mit der Implementierung einer (automatisierten) Liquiditätsplanung für das operative Geschäft (tagesaktuell), Verbesserung der Planungssicherheit hinsichtlich der kurz- und langfristigen Liquiditätsplanung, Szenarioanalyse (Einschätzen von möglichen zukünftigen Ereignissen und Abschätzen der Auswirkungen auf die Liquidität) eine fundierte Grundlage für Prognosen und die Entscheidungsfindungen bereitgestellt werden.
Dabei sind die Anforderungen eines EVU/Netzbetreibers zu berücksichtigen, was auch die Vernetzung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher (i. W. SAP IS-U; SAP FI-AA; SAP MM) in verschiedenen SAP-Systemen umfasst.
