Scope overview
Mit diesem Projekt möchten der Kanton Wallis und der Verband Walliser Gemeinden die Mutationsprozesse im Zusammenhang mit einer Schatzung oder einer Revision der Katasterwerte vereinfachen und optimieren. Das Ziel ist die Einführung eines einheitlichen und dauerhaften IT-Tools, das von Kanton und Gemeinden für die Verwaltung der Katasterdaten verwendet wird.
Es handelt sich in erster Linie um einen Lieferauftrag, der die Lizenzen und alle Dienstleistungen umfasst, die in Faszikel 2 – Funktionales und technisches Pflichtenheft verlangt werden, das heisst die Dienstleistungen zur Konfiguration und Implementierung der Lösung, einschliesslich der Datenmigration, Support und Wartung (TMA) über vier Jahre mit einer Verlängerungsoption für weitere vier Jahre.
