Scope overview
Die zu vergebende Leistung umfasst die Einsammlung und Beförderung des Landkreisanteils aus der Wertstofftonne im Landkreis Karlsruhe. Der Auftrag umfasst auch die Gestellung der Wertstofftonnen und die Durchführung des Behälteränderungsdienstes, d.h. die Auslieferung, Wartung, Reparatur und Ersatzlieferung der Abfallbehälter obliegen dem Auftragnehmer.
Die Verwaltung der Wertstofftonnen erfolgt durch den Auftraggeber in einem gemeinsam mit dem Auftragnehmer genutzten EDV-System. Die Erfassung dieses Wertstoffgemisches (zusammen 45.000 Mg/a) erfolgt gemeinsam als Behälterabfuhr im System "Grüne Tonne". Eingesetzt werden MGB 80 l, MGB 120 l, MGB 240 l sowie in geringerem Umfang Vierradbehälter (MGB 660 l, MGB, 770 l und MGB 1.100 l).
Der Behälterbestand umfasst insgesamt ca. 164.000 Abfallgefäße. Die Abfuhr erfolgt überwiegend 14-täglich (26 Abfuhren pro Jahr). Beschreibung der Optionen: Dem Auftraggeber wird das Recht eingeräumt, zum Ende der jeweiligen Vertragslaufzeit den Bestand an Wertstofftonnen gegen Erstattung zu übernehmen.
